No, actually it's the other way around!
Once your registration form and payment are successfully completed, you'll receive a confirmation email with links to your individual course calendars within minutes of your successful registration.
We strongly recommend you book your course dates immediately because seats are limited, and are filled on a fist-come, first-served basis.
We included the calendars above for each course so you see what's currently available for January through April 2026 before you register and payment is completed.
Yes! We know schedules change and evolve.
You can reschedule any of your bundle courses up to 48 hours before that course begins.
Cancellations are also available up to 48 hours in advance. However, in the case of bundles you can only cancel the full bundle 48 hours ahead of your first course booking. Bundle registrants can contact us here for individual course cancellation inquiries.
Please note that ICAgile requires 95% live, active participation in the respective courses to earn your micro-credentials. Therefore, refunds are not available for no-shows, nor those not completing the full course(s) live. Additionally, your micro-credentials will not be awarded.
For eligibility for your full ICP "AI for Products" certification you need to successfully complete 95% of each of the four courses.

It's a training series that suits a range of levels, from team to leaders, and suits those working in organizational environments as much as those working as freelancers or entrepreneurs.
Before each cohort class we'll send out a short little questionnaire (optional) so that we know the general make-up of each class. This helps us customize the content, including examples and case studies as closely to the class group as possible for added relevancy.

Typically we schedule private internal team trainings when there are 8-20 students and/or it's important that the content be safely tailored for the unique challenges and environment of that team/organization.
There's a little more to it than that, so we strongly recommend connecting with our business training team here and we can help you figure out your best options.

We do recommend you have some experience and familiarity with generative AI models, but extensive experience is not necessary.
The same goes for "product" experience. We recommend you have some experience and familiarity with the terms, tools and processes of product management, but you don't need a ton of experience at all.

Rest assured all of the AI for Products for Product Skills micro-credential courses follow the same quality assessment and accreditation rigor as other ICAgile-accredited training courses, but are simply broken up into smaller theme-heavy modules for both focused and flexible learning.
