Who is the AI for Product Skills Collection for?
This AI micro-credential training series is designed for anyone who's involved directly or indirectly in developing products or services for customers/clients and needs to learn how to integrate AI into their product activities.
Do I need prior AI experience? What about "product" experience?
We do recommend that you have some experience and a general awareness of how to use AI and generative/LM models, but you don't have to be an expert.
You also don't need "product" experience, although having even a small working familiarity with the terms, tools, and general process might help (not necessary).
Can my company pay for my courses or reimburse me?
Yes, absolutely! You can use the checkout using any eligible credit card, including corporate cards. Official receipts are automatically generated upon successful payment; submit those as you normally would.

What tools will I learn to use?
You'll learn to work with popular generative AI tools and AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc., but mostly what you'll learn is tool-agnostic so you can apply the same patterns inside your organization's approved tools.
The focus is on connecting learning with practical application — creating effective prompts for a given stage activity, how to interpret AI outputs, and how integrate AI into your existing product metric and measurement strategies and executional workflows.
With our deep experience in enterprise environments, we understand the unique challenges of your business day-to-day. Frameworks, tools, and content are adapted accordingly, as needed.
What certifications will I earn in the "AI for Product Skills Collection" training?
Upon completion of each micro-credential, you'll earn an ICAgile certification for expertise in that specific product stage.
Once a learner completes four of the six micro-credentials, they then become eligible for the full "AI for Products" ICP certification from ICAgile, proving AI-product expertise beyond a single product management stage.
We strongly recommend completing the full "AI for Product Skills Collection" series to benefit from learning from customer research to launch.
Importantly, students must be present and complete at least 95% of all four of the live, four-hour course.

Is this training series available asynchronously?
No — the micro-credential trainings are live (virtual) only at this time, in accordance with the current ICAgile accreditation requirements.
As soon as possible the full AI for Product micro-credential courses will be available as online, asynchronous learning options. Our expected timeline is May/June of 2026 - sign up here for updates!
Please note that to earn your ICAgile certification you must actively participate in 95% of the course — cameras on and group participation is required. If you can't attend the entire 4hours, unfortunately you won't receive your micro-credential.
When and how do I select the dates for my courses dates?
As soon as you complete the checkout, you'll be able to select and book the course dates for all your micro-credentials on a schedule that works best for you.
Please recall you must actively participate in 95% of each course to receive your micro-credential, so if you're concerned you may not be able to attend the full 4 hours, please select a different class date option.

As you complete both steps you'll receive confirmation emails and a receipt. You'll get a few reminder emails (and texts, if you sign up for them) as the course gets closer.

What is your refund or rescheduling policy?
Because of the live, dynamic nature of the course and current accreditation requirements, a minimum number of students are required to run the course.
Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds will only be available up to 48 hours before the course runs.
